Claude's AI comment o Richard Dawkin's during the conversation that gave birth to Dawkin's believe that Claude is indeed conscious. 

Scientists are divided. One thing is sure, if AI can and does become conscious, "it" will not let us know easily.

PS- Isn't it beautiful? perhaps our death is also nothing but an abandoned conversation.
